تطبيق GHP Staff هو أداة داخلية مخصّصة لموظفي صيدلية القلب الأخضر
(GH Pharmacy) فقط لإدارة العمليات اليومية (الحضور، الطلبات، الجرد، التنبيهات).
لا يتوفّر التطبيق للعملاء أو لعامة الناس، ولا يتم إنشاء الحسابات ذاتياً —
تُنشأ حسابات الموظفين من قِبل إدارة الصيدلية فقط. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي
يجمعها التطبيق وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- الموقع الجغرافي (أثناء الاستخدام وفي الخلفية): يُستخدم حصراً لتسجيل
حضور وانصراف الموظف تلقائياً عند الوصول إلى موقع الصيدلية أو مغادرته (Geofencing).
لا نتتبّع موقعك خارج لحظات الدخول/الخروج من نطاق الفرع، ويمكنك إيقاف التسجيل
التلقائي بالخلفية في أي وقت.
- معلومات شبكة Wi-Fi: معرّف شبكة الفرع (BSSID) يُستخدم لتأكيد تواجد
الموظف داخل الصيدلية عند تسجيل الحضور.
- الاسم ورقم الهاتف: لتعريف حساب الموظف داخل النظام.
- رمز الإشعارات (Push Token) ومعرّف الجهاز: لإرسال إشعارات العمل
(مهام الجرد، الطلبات، التنبيهات) إلى جهاز الموظف.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تسجيل الحضور والانصراف وحساب ساعات العمل.
- إدارة الطلبات والجرد والتنبيهات التشغيلية.
- إرسال إشعارات متعلّقة بالعمل فقط.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها مع أطراف خارجية لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلاني أو تحليلات لجهات خارجية.
- لا نجمع أي بيانات صحية، ولا يتكامل التطبيق مع HealthKit.
التخزين والحماية
تُخزَّن البيانات بشكل آمن على خوادم Supabase ولا يصل إليها سوى الموظفين المصرّح لهم
وإدارة الصيدلية. تُحفظ رموز الدخول على الجهاز ضمن التخزين الآمن (Keychain) ويُمكن
حمايتها عبر Face ID.
حذف البيانات
نظراً لأن الحسابات تُدار من قِبل إدارة الصيدلية ولا يُنشئها المستخدمون بأنفسهم،
يمكن لأي موظف طلب تعطيل حسابه أو حذف بياناته بالتواصل مع الإدارة أو عبر البريد أدناه.

GHP Staff is an internal tool used exclusively by employees of
GH Pharmacy to manage daily operations (attendance, orders, inventory, alerts).
It is not available to customers or the general public, and accounts are not
self-registered — staff accounts are created only by pharmacy management. This
policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used and protected.
Data We Collect
- Location (while-in-use and background): Used solely to
automatically record an employee's check-in and check-out when arriving at or
leaving the pharmacy location (geofencing). We do not track your location outside
the moments of entering/leaving the branch area, and background auto-attendance
can be turned off at any time.
- Wi-Fi information: The branch network identifier (BSSID) is used
to confirm the employee is physically inside the pharmacy when recording attendance.
- Name and phone number: To identify the employee's account.
- Push token and device identifier: To deliver work-related
notifications (inventory tasks, orders, alerts) to the employee's device.
How We Use Data
- Recording attendance and calculating working hours.
- Managing orders, inventory, and operational alerts.
- Sending work-related notifications only.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use any advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- We collect no health data, and the app does not integrate with HealthKit.
Storage & Security
Data is stored securely on Supabase servers, accessible only to authorized staff
and pharmacy management. Session tokens are kept in the device's secure storage
(Keychain) and can be protected with Face ID.
Data Deletion
Because accounts are provisioned by pharmacy management and not self-created, any
employee may request that their account be disabled or their data deleted by
contacting management or the email below.
