Alfacort Cream is a topical cream containing hydrocortisone, used to alleviate skin inflammation and itching associated with conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and rashes. It helps reduce redness, swelling, and irritation caused by skin inflammations.
Alfacort Cream should be applied as a thin layer to the affected area 2–4 times daily until inflammation subsides. It is recommended to apply the cream after bathing and allow sufficient time for absorption before using other moisturizers. Use for the shortest time necessary to treat symptoms.
