For health and regulatory reasons, most of our pharmaceutical products cannot be returned once opened. Please contact us before returning any product.

When Is a Return Accepted?

  • We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
  • For health and safety reasons, pharmaceutical products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Instead of Refund

  • For defective products, we offer an exchange for the same product or an equivalent item of the same value.
  • Refund requests are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Cost

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Exception: If the return is due to our error (wrong product or damaged during shipping), we cover the full return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone before returning any product.
  • Send a photo of the product and your invoice along with a description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened medicines and pharmaceutical products
  • Personal care items that have been used or had their packaging opened
  • Supplements with broken seals
  • Products beyond the 7-day return window from delivery date
  • Products damaged by the customer
