Congestal Cold & Cough Syrup is a medication designed to alleviate symptoms of the common cold and cough, containing a blend of active ingredients that help reduce pain, fever, nasal congestion, and cough.
The recommended dosage is 5 ml three times daily after meals. It is advised not to exceed the recommended dosage.

Do not use Sigma Congestal if you have severe hypertension, heart disease, or are taking MAO inhibitors. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have liver/kidney issues, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement. Avoid alcohol and other sedatives as it may increase drowsiness. Overdose of paracetamol can cause liver damage.
Store Sigma Congestal Syrup at room temperature, below 30°C. Keep it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Always keep out of reach and sight of children.
