- Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before application. - Apply a thin layer of ointment to the affected area once or twice daily, or as needed. - For nappy rash, apply the ointment at each nappy change. - For breastfeeding mothers, apply to nipples after each feed and gently wipe off before the next feed. - For external use only.
