Cofsils Lozenges contain amylmetacresol and dichlorobenzyl alcohol, which are antiseptics. They work by killing bacteria and viruses in the mouth and throat, providing relief from pain and irritation associated with sore throats and minor mouth infections.

Typically, one lozenge can be dissolved slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours as needed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, usually no more than 8 lozenges in 24 hours.

Cofsils Lozenges are generally well-tolerated. Some common side effects may include temporary numbness or tingling in the mouth or tongue, and mild irritation. If irritation persists or worsens, discontinue use.
