A-Ferin Plus Syrup is a combination of paracetamol, chlorpheniramine maleate, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, designed to alleviate symptoms of the common cold and flu. Paracetamol acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer, chlorpheniramine maleate alleviates allergy symptoms like runny nose and sneezing, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride helps reduce nasal congestion.

For children aged 3 months to 1 year, administer 1.25 ml (¼ measuring spoon) every 4-6 hours. For children aged 1 to 2 years, 2.5 ml (½ measuring spoon) every 4-6 hours. For children aged 2 to 6 years, 5 ml (1 measuring spoon) every 4-6 hours. For children aged 6 to 12 years, 10 ml (2 measuring spoons) every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dosage without consulting a doctor.
