Capitano Dental Floss is used to remove plaque and food particles between teeth, aiding in the prevention of gum diseases and tooth decay. It features a special waxed coating that facilitates its insertion between teeth and protects enamel from damage.

1. Cut about 40 cm of floss and wrap the ends around your middle fingers. 2. Gently insert the floss between your teeth, starting from the back molars to the front teeth. 3. When the floss reaches the gum line, pull it sideways to form a 'C' around the tooth. 4. Move the floss up and down, then proceed to a new area and repeat on the next tooth. 5. Dispose of the floss after use. It is recommended to use Capitano Dental Floss at least once a day, before or after brushing your teeth in the evening. Ideally, use it after every meal.
