After brushing with FluorKIN Calcium toothpaste, it is recommended to use the mouthwash once daily, preferably before bedtime. Pour 10-15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass, rinse for one minute, ensuring the liquid reaches all parts of the mouth, then spit it out. It is advisable not to eat or drink for at least half an hour after use.
