How to Use:

• Take about 45 cm (18 inches) of floss.
• Wind most of the floss around the middle finger of each hand, leaving about 2-3 cm (1 inch) to work with.
• Hold the floss tightly between the thumbs and forefingers, and use a gentle rubbing motion, going up and down between teeth.
• Gently slide the floss into the gum line.
• Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
• Use once daily, preferably before bedtime.
