How to use
Use approximately 10 ml of undiluted mouthwash, swish it in your mouth for 30 to 40 seconds, then spit out the solution. Do not rinse your mouth with water afterward. It is recommended to use twice daily, and up to four times daily for sensitive teeth. Not suitable for children under 6 years. Children should be able to control mouth rinsing.
