Sit comfortably and relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Wrap the cuff around your bare left upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge is 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the cuff is at heart level. Press the Start button to begin the automatic measurement. Remain still and do not speak during the process. To transfer your health data to a computer, use the included USB cable.
