How to use
Adults and children from 6 years: tilt the head slightly forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray for 1–2 seconds, then repeat in the other nostril. Allow the excess to flow out and gently blow the nose. Use 2–4 times daily, or as often as needed. Clean the nozzle with warm water and dry after each use.

Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen, or in case of nasal bleeding or after nasal or ear surgery. Pressurised container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C; do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep out of reach of children.
