For hair use: Apply a few drops of castor oil to the scalp and massage gently for 5 minutes. Leave it on for one to three hours, then wash with shampoo. It is recommended to use once or twice a week. For skin use: Apply a small amount of oil to the targeted area and massage gently. Preferably use it in the evening before bedtime. For nails: Apply the oil to the nails and surrounding skin and massage gently. It is recommended to use once a week.
