Fulen 70mg 4 Tablets by Future contains alendronic acid, which is used to support bone and joint health. It helps reduce the risks associated with bone diseases and enhances bone strength.
Take one Fulen 70mg tablet once a week, preferably on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking it.

Do not take Fulen if you have esophageal abnormalities, hypocalcemia, or cannot stand/sit upright for 30 minutes. Consult your doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications, especially antacids or calcium supplements, as interactions may occur. Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment.
Store Fulen 70mg tablets at room temperature, below 30°C (86°F), away from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
