Decozal 0.1% Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride, an effective decongestant that helps relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis. It works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and facilitating breathing.
For adults and children over 12 years: One spray in each nostril 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed three doses in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 3-5 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
