How to use
Clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective film from the patch and apply firmly to the painful area (neck, shoulder, back, elbow, wrist, knee or ankle). Leave in place for 8–12 hours, then remove and allow the skin to rest for several hours before applying a new patch. Use 1–2 patches daily; one patch per site. Discard after use.
