How do I track my order?
After order confirmation, you will receive a WhatsApp message with order details and tracking link. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" page in the app.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all Iraqi provinces. Same-day delivery is available in Baghdad for orders placed before 6 PM.
How do I upload a prescription?
From the product page, tap "Upload Prescription" or contact us via WhatsApp with a photo of your prescription. Our pharmacist will review and confirm availability.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion via WhatsApp 0774 803 6250. We will erase all your data within 48 hours.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, for non-prescription items. See our Return Policy.
