For adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for symptom relief. Do not exceed 8 caplets in any 24-hour period. Swallow whole with a glass of water. This product contains paracetamol; do not take it with other paracetamol-containing products to avoid the risk of severe liver damage from overdose. Because this specific formula is designed to keep you alert, it is recommended to avoid taking it close to bedtime (opt for the Night Time formula instead).
