For adults and children aged 12 years and over: Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug, fill with hot water, stir well, and gently inhale the soothing vapours while drinking. Take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed for symptom relief. Do not exceed 6 sachets in any 24-hour period. This product contains paracetamol; do not take it with other paracetamol-containing products to avoid the risk of severe liver damage from overdose. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist.
