Decozal Nasal Spray for Children contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, which helps relieve nasal congestion caused by colds or allergies. The spray constricts blood vessels in the nose, reducing swelling and congestion, and aids in improving breathing.
For children aged 2 to 11 years: spray once into each nostril, once or twice daily. Do not exceed three applications per day. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless directed by a doctor. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.

Do not use API Decozol Nasal Spray for children under 6 years of age. Limit use to a maximum of 5 consecutive days to prevent rebound congestion.
