Cut approximately 40-50 cm of floss and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving a short segment to work with. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss into a C-shape around the base of each tooth, making sure you go gently beneath the gumline to remove hidden plaque. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth. Discard the used floss. Recommended for daily use for best results.
